Essential skills and experience:
- Excellent training experience in large scale environment
- Banking/financial services experience
- Previous Collections & Recoveries experience is highly desirable
- Good working knowledge of call centre operations - previous experience of delivering training to call centre agents
- Experience of full training design, build and deliver experience.
- Knowledge of Equality and Diversity policies
- Knowledge of best practices in staff training and development delivery methodologies, including understanding of learning styles
- Working knowledge of the requirements of regulated training
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to design training courses and programmes using a wide variety of techniques and covering diverse populations - Able to use IT to design and prepare training materials
- Ability to deliver structured and effective feedback
This is a contract role initially until the end of the year and the rate is £350pd.
