Trainer/Learning and Development Tutor - Peterlee

Currently seeking a Tutor/Trainer, who has worked within a Call Centre/Contact Centre environment, training large groups on Customer service and Sales with experience of using VLE (Virtual Learning Environment).

This is a contract role, and the duration of this contract will 12 months, based in the client offices in Peterlee.

The correct candidate for this role, would have worked in a similar role previously, teaching large groups.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Current recent experience of training or teaching using participation and interaction
- PTLLS desirable
- PC literate: MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience of using VLE
- Professional attitude and business acumen
- Self motivated and accustomed to using own initiative
- excellent verbal and written skills
- Team player
- Training experience in a contact centre environment
- Current recent experience of developing and delivering ad-hoc training to meet business needs and management related courses
- Current recent experience of post training assessments
