Role
* Align and define training requirements with the different stakeholders
* Creation of different types of training items, eg Training manuals, quick reference guides, quick help documents, frequently asked questions, posters, eLearning courses
* Update existing training items already created
* Work with quality managers to ensure training items are aligned with quality documentation.
* Support pilot of training items and implementation of feedback provided
* Manage, upload and create content in SharePoint 2010 and 2013
* Creation of story-boards for E-learning courses
* Creation of new E-learning courses, testing and uploading in test and production environment of learning management system
* Provide the training to the different stakeholders as required

Required Skills
* Mandatory Pharma experience
* Mandatory IT knowledge
* Experienced with the applications
- InDesign CS6, Photoshop CS6,
- Office 2010/2013,
- Windows 7 and 8.1,
- TT Knowledge Force 9.0.0.37,
- Articulate v6 Pro,
- SharePoint 2010/2013,
- iLearn

* Can create training materials by using these applications
* 10 years of experience in creating training material, Scripting and layout of eLearning courses, managing content in learning management systems
* Excellent organizer and multi-tasker
* Fluent English and German speaker and writer
