Trainer - E-Learning

A leading Investment and Asset Management specialist is currently seeking a contract Trainer (E-learning) for an initial period of 6 months. The purpose of this role is to identify, design, develop and deliver engaging E-learning solutions based on new and enhanced technology deployed.

For this role your experience will include:

- Experience of working in the financial sector/Investment Banking
- Extensive experience in creating engaging E-learning solutions for change programs with bespoke systems
- In-depth knowledge of E-learning products (eg Adobe Captivate)
- Extensive experience in design of supporting materials (eg Quick Reference Guides, Tech Tips, User Manuals etc.)
- A proven ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and translate this understanding into effective training solutions
- Ability to work with training manager, project managers, SMEs and Business Analysts to fully understand training requirements and to translate them into detailed training solutions
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (specifically Word and PowerPoint)
- An excellent communicator with strong oral, analytical and written skills
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Flexible and able to work to tight and changing deadlines
- Can work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Positive attitude and flexible worker
- Ability to devise creative solutions to training requirements
