Trainer - Change Mgnt Support

Role: Trainer - Change Management Support
Location: Brussels or Prague or other EMEAR locations
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months + (3 Month rolling contract)
Rate: €180-250 per day

Emagine consulting is seeking a process/vendor support person with training skills for our client a Fortune 100 IT cooperation. The change management team are supporting the introduction of new tools and systems to the partner network across the EMEAR region. This role is to support the project managers in assessing partner impacts, effective partner communication and training design and delivery.

This will include:
1. Contribution the to- be process' design
2. Design and plan training strategy
3. Identify and map key stakeholders in Region
4. Customize training content
5. Deliver Training (mostly via virtual classrooms)

You need:
Experience in training tools and programs
Excellent English spoken and written skills
Ability to build and adapt a training plan to the needs of a project.
Flexible approach
Process-oriented thinking, and some PM experience is a plus
Talent for working in an advanced technological environment (Webex, Teleconferences, good MS Office skills)
Ability to work under pressure
Availability to Travel
Results Orientated
Self-motivated & independent
Strong personal networking and diplomatic skills
Detail Orientated & Process compliant.
