Training Designer / Deliverer - Banking - London - Up to £350pd

Our Client, an investment bank, are currently looking Training Designer / Deliverer to work in their London Office, on a long-term contract basis.

The successful candidate will aim to deploy a strategic credit risk workflow solution to colleagues within Commercial Banking Risk teams.

The successful candidate will have the following abilities:

* Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage and coordinate design and sign off of training materials
* Experience in design of a variety of training solutions (e.g. e-learning, face to face workshops, reference guides, aides-memoire)
* Previous Banking experience highly desirable
* Recent experience of using ASSIMA / Course Builder e-learning tool or alternative e-learning tools.
* Strong performance in delivering change initiatives to colleagues who may question the need for this change and the levels of disruption it may cause.
