Trainer - Applications (Arabic Speaker)

Emagine consulting is seeking a process trainer for our client a Fortune 100 IT cooperation. The change management team are supporting the introduction of new tools and systems to the partner network across the EMEAR region.

This role is to support the project managers in assessing partner impacts, effective partner communication and training design and delivery.

This will include:
1. Design and plan training strategy
2. Identify and map key stakeholders in Region
3. Customize training content
4. Deliver Training (mostly via virtual classrooms)
5. Contribution the to- be process' design

You need:
Experience in delivering application and process training to users.
Excellent English spoken and written skills
Ability to build and adapt a training plan to the needs of a project.
Flexible approach
Process-oriented thinking, and some PM experience is a plus
Talent for working in an advanced technological environment (Webex, Teleconferences, good MS Office skills)
Ability to work under pressure
Availability to Travel
Results Orientated
Self-motivated & independent
Strong personal networking and diplomatic skills
Detail Orientated & Process compliant.
Arabic Language skills would be preferred

The location of the work is flexible UK or EMEAR locations are OK.
