Trainer

A Fortune 500 energy company is currently seeking a Lead Instructor for Leadership Training at Brunswick Nuclear Plant in Southport, NC. This project is scheduled to last 10 months, with the possibility of extension. Per diem and mobilization / demobilization will be available for qualified candidates. Actual pay rate will be commensurate with experience, so all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Please indicate your desired rate during the application process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead Instructor for a Site Leadership training program and Maintenance Supervisor training program
- Coordinate development or develop all topics of the IAW SAT process for all training for both populations
- Coordinate presentations using subject matter experts where possible
- Attend training committee meetings for Maintenance Supervisor and assist in conducting and recording meetings for Site Leadership

REQUIREMENTS

- Secondary School or equivalent
- 10+ years experience as a Lead Instructor
- Must have past instructor certification
