This is a great opportunity to join a specialist graduate recruitment team and play a pivotal part in delivering across Trainee Recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting the best and brightest graduates. Reporting into the Recruitment manager this role will deliver across the following key areas:

Marketing & Attraction - advertising, and building relationships with target universities and working on campus, involvement in interesting mobility and diversity initiatives

Selection & Assessment

Onboarding & induction

Planning and organising firms vacation schemes

Seat Rotation

First POC for the Trainee population offering pastoral care

Ad hoc projects across trainee recruitment and development

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Law experience (highly preferable) - or professional/partnership environment

End to end graduate Recruitment experience

Graduate calibre
