Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Basic + Uncapped Commission - £35-40k 1st Year Average Earnings

THE ROLE

The role includes business development, sales, complex negotiations and client relationship building. Once you have completed our training academy you are effectively running your own business within G2V and are responsible for managing your own workload, generating your own business and creating your own recruitment brand'. In doing that you will also be on your way to earning a six-figure salary!

THE CANDIDATE

No recruitment experience is necessary, all the training you need will be given in-house. However you must demonstrate the following characteristics.

- Excellent communicator - you need people to buy into you and must be able to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- Resilient - Recruitment is a tough job! There is a lot of rejection and setbacks, you need resilience to get you through the inevitable tough times.
- Driven & Proactive - You must display the ability to go the extra mile and never give up!
- Competitive - You must have the desire to outperform your peers and competitors.
