Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Lucas Kennedy are looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultant, for our offices in Bromley, Kent.

Lucas Kennedy are a specialist IT Recruitment agency who, within their marketplace, have a reputation second to none. We are currently recruiting for an additional member of our team and require someone who is self motivated and looking to build a successful career in recruitment.

You will be enthusiastic, self motivated individual with at least 9 months Recruitment or B2B Sales experience.
You must have a proven track record in closing new business and be able to build a rapport with new and existing clients and consultants.

The successful candidate will be fully trained within the market they will be recruiting in and will be tasked with providing both Contract and Permanent resources.

This is a real opportunity to work within a niche market, working collectively to provide the best service possible to our clients. You will be working alongside the owner of the company, who has twenty years recruitment experience, and will be directly responsible in providing the necessary training, giving you all the tools required to build a successful client base and ultimately, substantial earnings.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
9 months Recruitment, (as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant, OR B2B Sales experience is a must. (please DO NOT apply if you don't have this)
Proven track record in closing new business, hitting sales targets and overcoming objections- you will be asked to demonstrate this.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Must be highly motivated and be able to work autonomously.
Target Orientated
Strong rapport building skills and ability to mirror match' when speaking with clients and consultants.
Be willing to work late in order to achieve goals
Engaging telephone manner

SALARY:
Competitive Base Salary plus uncapped commission structure
