Traffic Manager/ Studio Manager - immediate start

My client is an international sports retailer who work with some of the worlds top sports names across rugby, football and tennis. . They have delivered award winning retail projects both online and offline and continue to experience rapid growth. Due to this growth they are looking for an experienced Traffic/ Studio Manager to join their in-house creative team.

Traffic Manager/ Studio Manager - responsibilities
Drive the production team to deliver to deadline and to the brief at every level.
Ensure that quality targets are established and met.
Make sure that all projects are understood to the highest degree.
Ensure that print specs, assets and delivery times for the job are supplied to the artwork studio for purpose.
Ensure that each project is correctly managed through.
Ensure all Graphics projects follow company processes driven by other departments within this business.
Manage Supplier relationships, including deadlines, delivery and quality issues, working alongside the Studio Manager.

Traffic Manager/ Studio Manager - skills and knowledge
Experience managing a print/design studio preferable.
Experience in working and leading cross-functional teams
Strong track record of project delivery
Communication skills
Planning/scheduling skills/ Organisational skills
