TRAFFIC ENGINEER, CYCLE INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN SPECIALIST, AUTOCAD, CONTRACT, ENFIELD

MY CLIENT IS CURRENTLY ON THE MARKET FOR A TRAFFIC ENGINEER/CYCLE INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN SPECIALIST FOR AN INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT, YOU WILL BE BASED FROM THEIR OFFICES IN ENFIELD.

The main purpose of the role is to develop and design cycling specific traffic schemes. This will include feasibility and option studies, consultation, gaining all necessary approvals, detailed design, project management, liaison with implementation staff and financial management

Essential:
- Proven experience of designing and delivering a wide range of traffic and particularly those focused on cycling
- Proven experience in the use of AutoCAD and other relevant packages to successfully design traffic schemes
- Proven experience of managing projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage your own performance and that of more junior members of the team to ensure that goals are met and staff can succeed in working to their full potential

Please note that to be considered for this position you must have both experience with both Designing and Delivering.
