Trades Supervisor

An experienced Trades Coordinator / Site Supervisor is required to join a large Housing Association based in Nottinghamshire on what initially will be a 6 month contract with a possible extension.

Working under the Building Services Manager you will be in control of a team of 7 - 15 Mixed Trade Operatives.

Your responsibilities will be;

- Organising work for the tradesman
- Supervision of works
- Allocating work on the 7,500 properties they look after
- Post Inspections

Etc

It is ESSENTIAL that you can drive as you will be 50% office based and 50% on site and also that you have your own vehicle.

A background in management AND social Housing is also ESSENTIAL!
