Trade Support Analyst, Operations Specialist, Fixed Income

Our client is a large and well-known financial services institution. They are looking for an experienced trade support analyst with an in-depth understanding of Fixed Income.

The main responsibilities will include:

Instructing trades to custodians, administrators and clients.
Communicate all settlement information to the custodian or broker.
Resolve any unmatched/failed trades.
Maintain accurate portfolio positions on accounting/trading systems.
Maintain a database of account, client and custodian details.
Use issue logs to monitor broker performance.
Respond to queries made by others regarding trades.
Improve processing efficiency.

Skills needed:

Fixed Income knowledge.
Understanding of settlement cycle/practices.
Ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to fix problems and systems/process enhancements.
Absolute attention to detail.
