Main responsibilities will include:
* Collating, analysing and aligning data
* Trade Route analysis
* Dealing customer queries
* Participation in improvement projects
* Resolving invoice failures
Essential Skills:
* Proven customer service experience
* Knowledge of TPO ways of working
* Excellent communication skills
* Self Motivated and an ability to work off own initiative
* Working knowledge of key Global Working Supply Chain IT systems
Pharmaceutical and Supply Chain experience would also be highly advantageous.
