Trade Floor Support Engineer/IT Support Engineer is sought for by our client a major multination corporate organisation. This is an initial 6 months contract with extensions anticipated. Location is Geneva Switzerland.

As the Trade Support Engineer/IT Support Engineer you will sit on the trading floor, assisting traders/brokers with system outages and other issues that arise. This is an exciting role for a Trade floor Support Engineer IT Support Engineer that will allow you to work in a fast-paced Front Office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting internal business users on the trade floor
- You will provide expert level support of systems and applications to traders on the trade floor.
- You will troubleshoot business as usual incidents and service requests as well as proactive work maintaining and administering our environment.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Current Trade Floor Support experience
- Knowledge of Market Data (Bloomberg/Reuters)
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills
