ROLE: TPM BUSINESS ANALYST

LOCATION: MARIETTA, GA

DURATION: 8 MONTH CONTRACT WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

The Senior Business Analyst position is responsible for contributing to development of an overall business template by facilitating business requirement workshops, analysing business issues and data challenges, translation of high-level business requirements into functional specifications, completing change management documentation and ensuring appropriate application controls and security are in place. Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience strongly preferred. This position will partner with client engagement and development teams to identify master data impacts of technology projects. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for user training for business solutions, status reporting, and recommending business process improvements. Strong prior experience in master data solutions is preferred.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

- Conduct/lead requirements gathering sessions
- Strong written, communication and leadership skills are required
- Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience strongly preferred
- Decision making, facilitating and influencing business process alignment to proposed solutions; possess financial acumen and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of a global company's operating model - understand operations of business planning teams; demand planning and customer sell-in process; commercial leadership and customer solutions
- Capable of absorbing business terminology and translating meeting conversations into organized concepts
- Define application requirements; write functional specifications

h. Help determining highest priority requirements for the business, and manage change to those priorities/requirements

- Develop productive working relationships with cross-functional teams and/or groups
- SAP ECC, CRM data extraction and data loading
- Build test plans and perform system testing; work with business users and project development teams during the planning, analysis, design, construction, testing, data conversion, and implementation phases of the project
- Anticipate obstacles and objectives to problem solve preemptively
- Develop user documentation in support of project implementations
- Provide education and training to advance the ability of our user community
- Recommend system or process enhancements
