* Ensure the safe and efficient drilling operations to meet the Company and contracting oil company's goals and objectives
* Efficient and productive use of company resources, equipment, personnel, supplies, etc.
* Proper maintenance and repair/upkeep of the rig and support equipment
* Fulfill Rig Manager's obligations in his/ her absence
