The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Should have 4-10 years of experience in working with Identity management solutions.
- Should be IBM certified on ITIM/ISIM 5.1 (or higher version)
- Should have designed and built identity & provisioning policies services with supporting data custom workflows and workflow extensions
- Implementations with multiple adaptors
- Should have designed & built adaptors with out-of-the-box connectors and custom connectors
- ITIM/ISIM Implementation in medium/large banking/E-commerce projects preferred
- Leading a small team of 2-3
- Worked on Supporting implementations
