Tivoli Consultant
General knowledge of Tivoli products. Good troubleshooting experience, root cause analysis, defect fixing.
Experience with 1 or several of these products from Tivoli family would be a Bonus: ITM6 & Netcool, ITCAM Windows & Linux, Application LSE, Omegamon, ITM6, TADDM, TAD4D, Tivoli Decision Support, EndPoint Manager.
Experience of AIX/Unix/Linux administration as well as technical knowledge of Scripting shell, perl, vbscript. Databases overview, connections, backup/restore. Technical knowledge of automation tools for functional testing of client and server applications. ITIL Service Management qualification is a plus not a must. Experience from projects to setup Tivoli infrastructure for new customers and migrate. Take part in the planning and preparation of the complex changes to be implemented. Ability to work in a fast paced & multicultural environment as well as work independently & take ownership on assigned tasks and deliver on time. Flexible persona with a can do attitude
