TITLE EXAMINER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS OF YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Real Estate/Residential Transaction Background

WHAT WILL YOU SHOULD BE DOING (RESPONSIBILITIES):

- Examines chain of Title for Residential properties
- Performs title examination of easy and/or moderate title orders requiring a moderate level of expertise.
- Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
- Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from the title code book.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE (QUALIFICATIONS):

- One to three (1-3) years title/related real estate experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Detail Oriented
- Analytical Ability
- Problem solving
- Customer service orientation
- Proficient typing & computer skills
