Ticket Tracking Manager (m/w/d)

Projektbeschreibung

For our customer we are currently looking for a Ticket Tracking Manager.

Tasks:
+ Support for the Program Management to reach zero ticket target for SOP in a specific project.
+ Responsible to track Product Defects using the Defect Managemenet Tool and push forward the ticket resolution based on ticket priority.
+ Communicate with team members to discuss and define status, next steps and blockers of open tickets.
+ Moderate ticket meetings, partly with the customer, to discuss and update the status of tickets and to define further steps for resolution.
+ Close cooperation with Domain Leads, Developers, SW Project Leader, Program Manager and customer.
+ Reporting to Program Management and Customer.

+ Engineering / science / IT background.
+ Several years of experience in working in large heterogenous development projects and project teams
+ Experience with SW development projects and processes.
+ Experience in Defect Management, project management or other project support role.
+ Experience and good skills in working with software tools in general (bug tracking software, Excel).
+ Able to push forward topics, decisions and escalations in heterogeneous teams.
+ Technical and commercial German and English fluently.
