Tibco Technical Lead

SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL RESPONSIBLE FOR MIDDLEWARE PROJECTS\' DELIVERY to meet the integration needs of different PRODUCTS AND ENTERPRISE IT APPLICATIONS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Hands on Design, Development, Deployment, Configuration & Support of various Integration platform components.
- Work closely with offshore vendors to enable predictable and successful delivery for meeting time, scope & budget and be accountable for respective project delivery.
- Define & coordinate technical design and project delivery.
- Define Best practices, Design, Build & Support the essential foundations of the Integration platform.
- Ensure capturing of operational metrics & performance indicators articulating the value of the team and its deliverable to bring visibility into the operations & team performance.
- Analyze latest software oriented concepts, trends & technologies & apply to  business problems. Ensure appropriate alignment with business and technology strategies & priorities
- Build/hone relationships and understand gaps/improvement areas.

EXPERIENCE:

- Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of Java/J2EE experience in the field of software engineering and development. Must have at least 5+ years of strong hands-on development experience with Java (5.0/6.0) and J2EE.
- Must have extensive hands-on experience with XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and WS-* stack.
- Must have strong development experience with frameworks and tools including Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, JUnit, Apache* etc.
- Must have strong Experience/Knowledge on Data modelling (RDBMS & XSD), Database/XML interaction, SQL, Stored Procedure and ORM.
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience in managing delivery of large/highly complex projects with a global team including vendors for implementing Middleware and Integration projects.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Must have excellent understanding of Middleware and Integration architecture & technology space with expertise in Service oriented design & architecture, Enterprise application integration, Security and Web 2.0.
- Must have prior experience in leading Technical deliverable and must possess excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Must be able to drive projects, effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and other functional team members to coordinate & meet deliverable.
- Must be able to collaborate & work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision and have the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Good to have integration experience with mobile applications in iOS/Android platforms.
- Good to have development experience in TIBCO products including ActiveMatrix suite (BusinessWorks, BPM, Adapters for Siebel, DB, File system), Enterprise Message Service, BusinessEvents, Collaborative Information Manager, ActiveCatalog, ActiveFulfillment and Hawk).
- Good to have integration experience with Salesforce.com and other Force.com products.
