Looking for Tibco functional managers (chain of responsibility) and operational (deploy, Scripting, performance testing) to start work in scrum teams of the Customer Domain. WebSphere knowledge (MDM) is a very big plus as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.

General knowledge/experience:

Scrum, Agile work.

Knowledge and experience in implementing ITIL processes in an SOA environment. Knowledge of the carrying out of ITIL in a scrum environment is a big pr. Knowledge systems as HPSC, ACM monitoring, Tibco stack (such as Active Matrix, Tibco Hawk, EMS Servers, Tomcat, Jconsole etc..), WebSphere, MQ, CICS (Mainframe - is less important). Experience in resolving incidents in these environments in collaboration with users of the systems. Knowledge of Build and deployservers and to operate them (Artifact repositories, Subversion, Jenkins, Maven).

Technical knowledge/experience:

1) Tibco ActiveMatrix 2.3 environment - deploy software through the DTAP environment up and monitoring of the environment. Incl. Testing Tibco through Greenhat/LoadRunner.
2) Build and deploy Servers: Jenkins, Maven, Nexus Artifact Repository, Subversion.
3) WebSphere, MQ, IBM MDM. Competencies:

1) Sense of responsibility (for cardiac output)

4) Communication skills.

Content description: Caesar put the new customer domain down for our client. Through new technologies such as Tibco and IBM MDM are new customer processes created and offered to the channels. Reusability is very important in this. This is one of the programs with very high priority.

Current stage of project cycle: There is a program here through DevOps teams (scrum) work late delivery. We are in any case in the middle of the realization phase, with a large part of the program. In addition, there is also still working on new functionality that is being devised. Responsibilities: Deployment of Tibco BW and iProcess components. Create and monitor queues on EMS Servers. Create scripts for the build and deployserver (Maven, Jenkins). Performance Testing perform Continuity stored when the software goes into production (CMDB so filling, Risk documentation updated (and actions taken to mitigate risks), ACM device, resilience test). Incident Handling and standby run, changes and create HANDLING.

Responsibilities:

No management-like responsibilities. You are a team member within a scrum team with responsibility for continuity in production.
