Tibco BW/Iprocess Engineer/Consultant - Banking/Insurance - Production

- 3-8 years of experience of administration/tuning of TIBCO BW, i-Process and BW products.
- Provide level 3 (engineering) production support for integration solutions in production environments
- Developing PatchesApplying PatchesTrouble shooting the infra issuesProvisioning(installing Tibco s/w)
- Maintenance of Certificates, renewal of certificates which is going to expire, from OIB Certificate management.
- TIBCO SubStation support (In the physical architecture for Mainframe connectivity this is fulfilled by the component TIBCO SubStation)
- Unix OS Administration knowledge
- Oracle DB Knowledge
- Participate in On-call support (24x7) to assist with troubleshooting, escalation, or recovery of failing equipment
- Identifies and documents root cause analysis for incidents that result in a service disruption
- Manage support requests via ticketing systems. Interface with clients and the Help Desk for issue resolution
- Support Disaster Recovery services across the region including return to normal operations following resolution of a disaster event.
