GENERAL

Following are the desired skills for this profile.

Design complex SOA and BPM solutions using TIBCO Active Matrix BPM Suite of products

Develop technical solutions, tactical & strategic design options using TIBCO Suite of Products

Experience in design using UML and awareness of integration design patterns

Understand all elements to architect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex systems using Active Matrix BPM, Business works 6 and iProcess.

Experience with Integration Patterns and Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture. Knowledge of REST/SOAP/SOAP over JMS.

Good knowledge of Integration life cycle & Methodology, experience in requirement analysis and verification

Good team player who can work in a collaboration environment with global teams, is able to work in an agile model.

Excellent communication and documenting skills in English

Customer facing activities and able to work in a flexible and changing environment, able to communicate technical solutions to customers, SMEs and architects

Application designer/developer would be responsible for providing cost effective solutions to complex problems, addressing various integration needs.

Should be able to design, lead and implement SOA & BPM Solutions using the following skills and technologies

SKILLS

Strong solution design skills in Business Process Management & Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI)

Experience in designing and applying integration patterns to solve various business problems applying SOA principles

Expertise in handling/processing complex XML Schemas

Good knowledge of Integration life cycle & Methodology

Vast experience of design/implementation experience in TIBCO Active Matrix BPM product

Should have implementation experience in TIBCO Business works 6 and EMS

Experience in message modelling, XML, XSLT

Develop & test SOA and BPM solutions on TIBCO Active Matrix platform

Capability to take requirements and transform to process-centric implementation
