Minimum 3 years of BPM work Experience
1. Model high quality process driven business solutions using Tibco BPM.
2. Apply workflow concepts such as BPM, BPMN, BPML and BPEL for workflows
3. Creating Data Model by extending XML schema
4. Good knowledge of ActiveMatrix SOA Architecture.
5. Good knowledge on building user interfaces using GI, JS
6. Good knowledge of integration technologies/frameworks including SOAP, EMS, HTTP, SMTP,JDBC ie communicating with various system using Tibco BPM.
