Thinkfolio Application Support Analyst

THINKFOLIO APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST - 6 MONTHS

The purpose of this role is to provide Front Office and business support cover for thinkfolio, while existing resources are engaged in a concurrent thinkfolio upgrade project. This role may also involve being part of this project as and when needed.

Support roles include:

- Supporting of both FI and Equity Fund managers and assisting with their portfolio management needs.
- Supporting FI fund managers with dealing issues and interfacing with third party markets.
- Supporting Equity dealing desk functionality and interfacing with third party markets.
- Supporting Compliance and data management in resolving data issues and compliance breaches.
- Supporting Operations teams in issue resolution resolving trade flow.
- Support of overnight batch process and other interfaces relating to thinkfolio.

Good communicator with ability to work directly with key users and fund manager. Positive can-do attitude with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues on their own accord.

KEY SKILLS:

Excellent working knowledge of thinkfolio

Knowledge of thinkfolio interfaces with:

- Message Queue's
- FIX
- Liquidnet
- MarketAxess
- Tradeweb
- FXConnect

Knowledge of FI products and fund management life cycle.

Knowledge of Equity Fund management life cycle.

Knowledge of thinkfolio Compliance functionality.
