TFS Administrator

CM/Team Foundation Server (TFS) Administrator

DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

- Provide technical and administrative expertise on TFS
- Customize TFS workflows and work items.
- Continue to develop automated builds and deployments
- Support change management in builds and deployment of code to test environments
- Support change management and deployments for promotion of code to production environments
- Support and maintain builds and deployments to Lab Management environments
- Maintain and troubleshoot deployments and builds
- Evaluate and lead the conversion to using Team Foundation Server for Java and Oracle code repositories, including setting up builds and deployments
- Implement patches for TFS, as needed
- Evaluate reporting needs and develop reports from the TFS data
- Train/mentor CM Team and Development staff
- Maintain documentation for TFS processes (CM and Developer Guide)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Strong TFS 2010 experience mandatory.
- C# and/or .NET experience needed.
- Visual Studio 2010 Lab Management experience helpful.

KNOWLEDGE:

- Knowledge of TFS infrastructure is required.
- Knowledge of configuring the TFS environment is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, SQL Server and Active Directory would be helpful
