Tester/Testmanager (m/f)

- Monitoring and reviewing of QA deliverables that include, the Master Test Plan, Detailed Test Plan, Non Functional Engineering Plan, Test Conditions, Test Scripts, Test Cases, End of Test Reports and Key Testing Metrics, QA estimates and advises key stakeholders on performance of QA
- Performing internal QA reviews that are compliant with the Test Policy and QA Wide Test Strategy
- Collaborating with partner vendor representatives and resources to ensure there is full customer satisfaction for products and services delivered to business by aligning planning and conducting tests.
- Coordinating and supporting the QA teams
- Establishing and maintaining structured way of monitoring quality, including ensuring of appropriate delivery assurance measures and controls
- Act as a single point of contact for all QA deliverables in a project
- Developing QA estimates and suggesting appropriate QA types to ensure quality goals are met
- Publishing key QA deliverables such as; the Master Test Plan, the Detailed Test Plan, Non Functional Engineering Plan, Test Conditions, Test Scripts, Test Cases, End of Test Reports and key Testing Metrics
- Providing and assigning QA resources to projects, coordinating with project stakeholders for internal and external reviews and sign-offs
- Leading and mentoring QA Analysts, and managing partner test resources
- Providing timely status of QA milestone achievements and project deliverables on an ongoing basis to project stakeholders
- Strong command of English (in speaking and writing)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Power point, Excel)
