TESTER (INCIDENT MANAGEMENT) - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, FRENCH and/or DUTCH
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Familiar with Service desk (Incident) ticket handling and flow
- Experience with testing (execution, reporting)
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Testing ticket flows upon predefined test scenarios
- Participate in non-regression testing (selection of test cases, reporting)
- Backfill existing SME and start creating test scenario's
- Assist in documenting scenarios and test execution
