REQUIRED SKILLS:
More than 3 years experiences in testing, especially in E2E regression test and/or system integration tests or user acceptance tests.
More than 5 years experiences in test design, test case developments and defect analysis
Very good knowledge about functional testing, regression testing and life cycle cycle testing, preferably with test certifications such as ISTQB
Very good skills in communication, interpersonal relationship and leadership
Good team player, and positive and constructive attitude when issues rise
Good knowledge about testing tools like ALM
Good knowledge about IBM Mainframe environment
Good knowledge about Linux system
Acceptable knowledge of SQL/XML Michael Bailey International is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
