THE ROLE

As Test Development Engineer, you develop, implement and validate new software needed in our test lab and production environment, where we develop and produce high-tech transmissions. You write scripts for build- & test automation and maintain the new framework/platform (PLC, CANbus, LabView drivers) together with your colleagues. You are part of the instrumentation team that is responsible for controlling and measuring test benches in the Test Lab and Production.

THE INDIVIDUAL

- Bachelor/Master degree in electronics/electrical engineering/mechanics
- Affinity with control theory and automation
- Knowledge of C, Java or Labview (or Teststand, Veristand, National Instruments)
- Nice to have's: Affinity with Real Time and FPGA systems, database experience and experience with test benches
- Ideally experience from Automotive industry
- Detail oriented and structured incl. strong problem analysis skills
- a big plus is mechatronics understanding
- You are a team player, but can also work independently
- You are fluent in English
