Test Specialist

For my client in Amsterdam I am looking for a test specialist who can start within the next 1-2 weeks.

Dutch speaking candidates are preferred however it is not a must.
I understand the job description below might not provide you all the answers, however it should give you a good indication:

Job Description
Provide solutions & consultation as a test specialist for the projects/programs within the domain.
Write master and detailed test plans for projects & programs
Define the clear test strategy, scope, boundaries for the testing
Write test scenarios, test cases and test scripts
Prepare test data necessary for testing.
Perform both manual and automated tested based on the need
Should take initiatives to come up with test improvements and better quality assurance
Lead the test team to ensure the quality test delivery for the assigned projects
End to end responsibility and accountability for the assignments
Co-ordination with different sub-domains in case of integration testing.
Clear planning, alignment and appointments with other sub-domains in case of integration testing.
Define the clear acceptance criteria for testing and implementation
Provide smart solutions for complex testing requirements.
Review the deliverables created by the team.
Coach the junior testers.
Provide technical, functional assistance to the team as and when required.
Effective co-ordination between on site and offshore team for smooth execution of projects.
Identify the possible improvements in the testing within the domain and come up with improvement plans & implementation of the same.

Relevant Experience
HBO (Bachelor) or University level of knowledge and experience
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the Financial sector. Specifically strong experience and exposure in testing.
Extensive knowledge and experience of Quality center, QTP, manual and automation testing, performance tests,test management, co-ordination & execution.
Ability to coach and guide team members both at on site and offshore locations
Experience in stakeholder management
Good verbal and written command of the English and Dutch language
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Proactive and positively critical attitude
Organisation skills and insight in complex project structures
Team player
Customer focused
