Test/Project Manager

Proteus Europe are currently looking for a Testing/Project Manager for a 6 months contract based in Dublin.

You will have;
Overall 12+ years of experience in IT, at least more than 4 years of management experience
Have worked with Banking clients
Worked on HP suite of Performance testing products
Strong fundamentals of Non-functional Testing & OAT
Aware about the process for NFT and OAT
Must have managed multiple projects on NFT (Performance Testing, Security) & OAT in a shared services model.
Past hands on experiences on NFT, OAT test planning, Tools
Good understanding on Performance testing Metrics, Process & tools
Must have exposure to working in a Geo-diversified team - Onshore & Off shore model
Strong Communication Skills - written, oral and presentation skills
Customer and Business Stakeholder Management
Strong on Microsoft MPP, Excel, Word

Exposure to SDLC Methodologies like Waterfall, RUP, Agile Development using SCRUM & related
Project Management tools
Versed with Defect & Bug Tracking (HP ALM), related tools
