Context:
Proximus will update its customer operations based software tools to improve the end user experience and efficiency at customer and Proximus side.
- Analysis and identification of the project scope.
- Define test strategy and create master test plan.
- Project risk identification.
- Set-up of testing workshops with business.
- Test data identification/creation.
- Planning, leading and follow-up of Integration, UAT and PROD tests.
- Reporting to release management, project management and core team members.
- Advise on GO/NOGO decision for technical and full releases
Profile
- Experience in telecommunication
- In-depth knowledge of AS IS analysis
- Experience with TO BE situation
- Hands-on experience in Rainbow methodology
- Experience with SharePoint projects
- Excellent knowledge with Customer Operations
- Knowledge of Mass Market Telco Solutions
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French is mandatory
- Nice to have : ISTQB certificate
