TEST MANAGER - RISK OFFICER LENDING

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Lead/Establish appropriate and up to date Risk documentation (Operational security guidelines, ..) for the Lending applications
- Lead and facilitate in risk assessments; promote and develop risk awareness plans and facilitate the implementation of these plans;
- Participate in developing and implementing risk mitigating actions as management responses on audits;
- Liaise between the business teams and internal IT Risk Management/Operational Risk Management on all matters of information risk;
- Assist with the further integration of risk management principles into our processes and planning;
- a Understand a Non-Financial Risk Dashboard and use this dashboard to help prioritize risk activities;
- Collaborate with the various teams within, among others, Information Technology Services, - Operational & Compliance Risk, Product Management

MANDATORY SKILLS

Experience in (non-financial) risk management;

Experience is IT asset risk documentation

A special interest in information technology

Total professional experience of at least 5 years;

A good command of English. Dutch and French fluency would be an asset;

Is results driven;

Is persistent;

Is an excellent communicator (verbal, written);

Is eager to learn;

NICE TO HAVE'S

Experience in compliance, business continuity management, incident management, anti-fraud management or process improvement (not compulsory, but an advantage);

Certification in risk or IT management (not compulsory, but an advantage);

MINIMAL LANGUAGES

Fluent English French and Dutch is a plus
