We are currently looking for a hands-on Manager/Consultant to prepare the implementation of a global sales system for a world class organisation. Your task will be to ensure that all procedures are in place, identify what communications need to be organized and set up the test environment making sure test documentation is in place and test results are being reported.
Activities:
- Ensure that all procedures are in place before go-live (H/W)
- Ensure testing and quality management is organised and in place, write test processes and set up test documentation.
- Manage the business implementation (communications, fall back, manage training, setup go-live support)
- Support Project Manager in applying some basis project hygiene factors to the project ( both retrospective and with a forward focus).
- Ensure smooth transition into BAU
