Test Manager - Pharma Sector Experience Required

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Support the life cycle of a large technology platform by contributing in Test Management, Test Planning and Test Reporting activities
- Own the test documentation life cycle by keeping the versions up-to-date to supply the operations and project teams with current test documentation.
- Define and implements processes for test defect and test deviation management with focus on quality and process efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Test management procedures and standards to meet and sustain compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Quality Reviews to evaluate if processes and deliverables fulfil the requirements
- for quality, to uncover errors or deficiencies in processes and deliverables, and to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Follow up resolution of identified quality exposures and escalation to line management if critical situations are not resolved in due course.
- Drive shifting of emphasis from "final inspections" to "in-process reviews and controls".
- Strong desire to join and influence a sustainable, high performance quality & test culture
- Support the development and delivery of training in test matters.
- Drive and facilitate the creation of relevant SOPs for testing activities.
- Interface with business and IT partners to ensure practices are aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
- Investigate and implement new testing methodologies for robustness and efficiency

- Global processes like Audit, Artwork, Deviations, Complaint, Change Control, OOS/OOE, Quality Events, CAPAs, Periodic and Annual Product Reports

Global competency center o ~10 IT Business Analyst and Business Process Champions

- ~30 extended Competence center members (hosting team, supporting team, testing team)

Participation as Test Manager in projects for new modules, site rollouts, and system enhancements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

- B.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Science or similar field with good results.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience testing large applications with multiple modules in the pharma sector
- Solid understanding of software quality assurance and computerized system validation processes Experience with SW development and SW testing
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Working understanding of techniques for testing software.
- Working understanding of usability and techniques for assessing product usability.
