One of Monarch IT's leading clients is urgently looking for a Test Manager on a long term contract in Italy.
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- A proven career in Functional and Non-Functional Testing
- Proven Test Management experience
- Proven hands-on experience of Test Automation and Performance Testing
- A strong working knowledge of Orc Trader and Orc Liquidator
- Previous experience in the creation and management of test strategy
- Proven experience of managing onshore and offshore test teams
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Proven experience in an Investment Banking, Trading, Hedge Fund environment
