Test Manager Networks Brussels

Test Programme Manager required to work in a fast paced challenging project in Brussels.

You will have strong leadership qualities, be able to demonstrate a background in successful project turnaround and have very strong stakeholder and vendor management experience. A knowledge of Cisco Datacenter Network infrastructure is also required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Take back ownership of testing programme
- Re-establish and reinforce the test processes, targets and plan
- Lead testing effort to ensure the development of a clear test plan
- Manage testing schedule to ensure all testing deadlines are met
- Perform quality control to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Provide weekly programme updates including all dependencies
- Develop testing artefacts - Test plans, test scenario's, traceability Matrix, etc.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all test environments have been set up according to specifications
- Co-ordinate with end-users and or customer testers to participate in the User Acceptance Testing
- Conduct regular Testing Status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders' needs and requirements continuously in view
- Provide test management controls for all code deployments into different test environments

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance with at least 5 years of experience as Test Manager
- Detailed knowledge of both manual and automation testing
- Proven experience of testing user interfaces UI & GUI
- Experience in testing within Datacentre infrastructure
- Knowledge of Cloud SDN and or ACI technologies an advantage
- Demonstrated achievement in leading large scale projects
- Experience in test environments within telecoms would be an advantage
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is desirable

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

- Team Player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in French is essential
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a challenging political' environment
