ROLE: TEST MANAGER- MANUAL TESTING
Duration: 5 Months Initially
LOCATION: DUBLIN, IRELAND
SKILLS & DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare Test Approach/Test Strategy & issue for review & sign off
- Engage with PM ref. project schedule, estimates, costs, RAID items, roadblocks, etc.
- Prepare Test Estimates
- Prepare & maintain test schedule
- Create and Maintain test RAID
- Create and Maintain test Milestone tracker
- Monitor and Manage test costs & budget
- Maintain and update QA manager on resource requirements
- Deliver Weekly Test Status Report to PM from Test Planning phase onwards
- Ensure that testing is completed within the agreed timeframe
- Co-ordinate test team tasks and deliverables
- Conduct Defect Review meeting
- Conduct weekly test review meetings
- Prepare Lessons Learned & Best Practices
