IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Definition and review of the quality criteria of software releases
-Development of test strategies and test plans
-Ensure testing of non-functional requirements in regard to performance, security and usability
-Ensure testing of functional requirements
-Continuous tracking and reporting of test status and defect status
-Ensure the realization of quality assurance processes and quality KPIs
-Communication and coordination of Software Tester and Quality Engineers
-Strengthening quality awareness in the project and Scrum teams
-Communication and coordination with project manager and customers

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-In-depth experience in test management (ideally in international project environments)
-Profound experience in software test in an agile environment Scrum (ideally in the energy and trading sector)
-Excellent understanding of software quality and usability of software products
-Experienced in testing of critical business processes
-Knowhow in Jira, Amazon Cloud and Linux environment is from advantage
-ISTQB Certification (Test Manager) or similar
-Quick learner with an interest in the functionality and business processes of software solutions
-Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
