Test Manager Job

TEST MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redmond, WA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong test leadership background
- Manage testing progress and bug resolution across teams.
- Managing complex technical projects

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work as a Test manager on project to service/product delivery
- Lead daily Triage meetings with multiple teams
- Manage the testing of complex software development involving multiple systems

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Highly organized, able to dive into details while understanding at the high level, cross-component dependencies
- Involved as a QA test lead, test manager, or technical project manager on at least one project to service/product delivery
- Experience with complex software development involving multiple systems
- Experience leading daily Triage meetings
- Understanding of test metrics and bug tracking systems
- Ability to communicate with both technical and managerial personnel and foster high-degree of collaboration

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Telecom experience a plus
- Agile experience a plus
