Test Manager - IT Compliance Systems Development

Main Duties

Deliver testing functionality requested by the Business Sponsor. This includes:
- Liaison with the end customer during the requirements gathering and analysis phase. This may entail periods of travel
- - Oversight of the GTC team during analysis, design, execution and delivery of the solution
- Work with various stakeholders to resolve issues
- Validate that the solution is fit for purpose and supports the full end-to-end client business process.
- Identifying test conditions from project documentation and other sources and developing test scenarios which provide full/agreed coverage
- Acquire knowledge transfer from Developers or Business Analysts who are expert in the relevant functional domain
- Coordination with the business representatives during the test phases and ascertaining business sign off
- Estimation of effort and schedule for testing
- Test summary and defect report creation and dissemination
- Work on own initiative to produce reports on progress, evaluation and defects for manager and project stakeholders
- Leverage Global Test Centre resources and support to deliver testing solutions making appropriate use of automation and test tools
- Create and maintain project plans including resource estimates and allocations
- Track issues and work with project managers and application developers to resolve
