Test Manager - German Speaking - Pharma - Zurich Switzerland

TEST MANAGER - GERMAN SPEAKING - PHARMA - ZURICH SWITZERLAND

ONE OF THE LEADING CONSULTANCIES IN SWITZERLAND IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SKILLED TEST MANAGER WITH EXCELLENT NET AND C# SKILLS. THE TEST MANAGER WILL LOOK AFTER A BRAND NEW TEAM OF TEST ENGINEERS CURRENTLY TESTING A NEW .NET/C# FRAMEWORK.

The Test Manager will plan, prepare, manage and support the User Acceptance Test process (UAT) and will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining agile standards and practices for software testing
- Producing test strategies and providing test estimates to senior management
- Allocation of software testers to relevant testing projects

Test Manager Requirements:

- Have extensive testing experience and prior experience as a Test Manager in an agile, scrum or DSDM environment
- Hold certifications such as ISEB Practitioner or ISTQB Advanced
- Experience of managing multiple test projects simultaneously
- Extensive experience in writing test scripts, plans and strategies and linking these to business drivers
- Prior experience of working with bug tracking, test management and automated testing tools
- Knowledge of SQL and a good understanding of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Ex cellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain good working relationships with internal colleagues
- German speaking skills a must
- Pharmaceutical background is beneficial
