Test Manager - English & French Speaking
A leading financial service organisation based in Brussels seeks an experienced Test Manager - English & French speaking to join their team.
Required experience/skills of the Test Manager - English & French speaking will be:
*10 years Test management
*5 years Project management
*Test definition/execution
*Project Management (CMMI certified projects)
*Test Management experience (ISTQB/TMap)
*Expert in requirement gathering and regression testing
*Test automation experience
*Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
*Fluent communicator and coordinator
Responsibilities of the Test Manager - English & French speaking:
*Manage a project to document the basic application requirements and regression test coverage for a set of applications.
*Follow standard project methodology including the creation of a project master plan, scope, estimations, stakeholder management, plan, monitor and control the project.
*Responsible of a team of testers to identify and document basic application requirements.
*Define or fine-tune existing regression tests and identify automation effort where useful.
*The project covers application managed in Paris, Brussels and London.
*Provide regular status reporting of progress to the relevant IT domain managers and head of IT.
*Collaborate and coordinate with application managers on different locations.
