For one of our clients, a leader in the banking industry, we are looking for a Test Manager.
TEST MANAGER, CONTRACT, BANKING, ZÜRICH
During this contract, you will be responsible for managing the testing activities for strategic planned releases. Your main tasks will include reducing the number of test cases without adding risk, improve level of test cases and manage the testing. You should be able to handle middle to top management stakeholders, preferable in German.
You will plan the testing, estimate the efforts, order the test data and test cases, track and monitor the delivery by the offshore contractor, quality assurance, prepare the reviews of test relevant documentation, track defects and coordinate the UAT with business and release management.
To be considered for the role, you will have the following skills:
- Excellent organisational skills of planning, coordinating and integrating Software releases
- Experience with offshore testing
- Min 5 years in Test Management
- Banking experience
- SAQ Certified Software Tester Foundation Level (must have)
- SAQ Certified Software Tester advanced level (preferable)
- Experience handling test requirements considering a multitude of interfaces
You should be fluent in GERMAN and English.
