They are seeking someone to join them in a lead / management role to take responsibility for the ground-up design of automated testing processes and procedures, working closely with the developers and users to ensure a fit for purpose solution is implemented.
You need to be able to offer previous experience in an automated testing environment, and be an ideas person who can take a concept through to reality. Any experience with HP Toolset / QTP and Opensource environments desirable. A background in data-rich environments also beneficial.
